The New Outback Sucks

Last night we went out to dinner for Tom's birthday at the new Outback in Laplata, It was horrible. We called ahead a reservation for 7:30 we were not seated until 8:05 and then we all ordered and when the salads came Dawn found like 4 long curly hairs in her salad, she told the waitress and the waitress just kinda laughed it off and was like I can get you another one, Dawn told her why would I want another one if this one has hair in it. YUCK. So anyway we had ordered our food and were waiting VERY PATIENTLY. Well around 9:00 still no food. So we ask the waitress and she says it will be out shortly so after about another 20 minutes our food arrives it is now 9:20 at night and we are eating dinner. Well during dinner Pete finds a few of the same kind of hairs on his plate. Which was GROSS again the waitress dismissed it as funny ha ha. Not once did she ever offer to take anything off of the check for the inconveience or anything.  So after all that BS. We get the check and everyone puts in money and Dawn uses her ATM card for the rest.....  Well...... it takes them 20 minutes to process her card and then they come out and the manager tries to explain she needs the card back to make sure it was processed currectly. It was a big ordeal. So Tommy ends up complaining to the manager while she is there about everything that has happened to us and her answer is "This is a new restaurant and everyone is still trying to get familiar with everything (talking about the staff i guess) . So that is her excuse for all of the awful stuff that we were subjected to. Also as the manager she never once offered to take anything off of the check either (Go Figure). Anyway we didnt end up getting out of there until like 10:10!!! So just wanted to kinda prewarn everyone if you haven't been there yet you might not wanna go. Maybe the Curb side service to go is better. Not Sure if I even wanna try that though!!!
